These Terms & Conditions cover web design, development and related services provided by Shah ("I", "me") to you ("the client"). By starting a project with me, you agree to these terms.
Services
I provide WordPress, Elementor & AI web design and development, AI solutions (chatbots & automations), ecommerce, website maintenance, business email setup and SEO services. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Your final quote depends on the pages, features and scope you need, and is confirmed before work starts. Listed services start from $500 (web design & development), $500 (AI solutions), $1,000 (ecommerce), $250 (maintenance), $250 (business email) and $450 (SEO).
Payments
Projects are usually handled through Fiverr or Upwork, where payments and milestones are managed securely under their terms. For direct projects, payment terms are agreed in writing in advance.
Scope & revisions
Each project includes a fair number of revisions to get the design right, as agreed in the quote. Work that falls outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
- Provide content (text, images, logos) and timely feedback so the project can move forward.
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply.
- Maintain your own hosting, domain and third-party accounts unless we agree otherwise.
Timelines & delivery
Most websites are delivered within 1–2 weeks once content is received. Timelines depend on scope and on receiving your feedback and materials on time.
Ownership
Once your project is fully paid, the final website and its custom design are yours. Third-party themes, plugins and assets remain under their own licences.
Refunds
If we work through Fiverr or Upwork, their refund and dispute policies apply. For direct work, refunds are handled fairly and case-by-case, based on the work completed.
Liability
I deliver work with care and skill, but I can't guarantee specific business results (such as rankings or sales). I'm not liable for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or changes made after handover.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
